WYSIWYG

WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) is the industry standard software package from Cast Software for creating conceptual renderings as well as connected previsualization of lighting, scenery and media. MWLD uses WYG as a primary tool for drafting and presenting design concepts thus allowing designs to be considered and revised long before a show actually happens and long before a single dollar is spent on equipment or personnel. WYG renderings are an excellent sales tool and MWLD can provide detailed concept renderings to support a sales presentation.

While WYG drawings are a key part of my design process, WYG services are also offered as a product on their own. MWLD owns and can provide a current WYG Perform Unlimited dongle for rental (and, if necessary, the supporting computer hardware) to allow for the complete previsualization of your show. The cost savings of virtual preprogramming vs. having a full rig in the air are obvious. Services can include full drafting of your rig and scenery into the 3d environment.

WYSIWYG is also compatible with Vivien Virtual Event Designer. MWLD can create reusable venue drawings for you that will allow you to accurately plan and sell events in your space using Vivien or WYG as your needs require.
